By using FaceRat (the "app", "service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
FaceRat is an entertainment app: you submit a face photo and receive an AI-generated analysis (humorous commentary, a beauty/attractiveness score, mood analysis, and a celebrity/character lookalike match). Results are generated for entertainment purposes and are not a factual, medical, or professional assessment of any kind.
FaceRat is not directed at children under 13 and must not be used by them. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use FaceRat with a parent or guardian's consent.
You must only submit photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission to submit their photo. You retain ownership of any photo you submit. See our Privacy Policy for how photos and other data are handled.
FaceRat Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription (see Pricing). Depending on how you subscribe, billing is handled by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or our web payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
You may not use FaceRat to upload illegal content, harass or impersonate others without consent, attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or violate any applicable law.
FaceRat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unavailable at times; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceRat and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FaceRat after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
