Purchases via Google Play or the App Store

If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, your purchase is billed and managed by that store, and refunds are handled under their respective policies:

Purchases made directly on the web

If you subscribed directly through our website, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge by contacting us at the email below. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, in particular where the service was not delivered as described or was affected by a technical fault on our end.

Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.
